Southern Christian College (SCC) officially dedicated today the first set of 24 newly installed air conditioning units for its Higher Education (HE) classrooms, which marks an important step in its ongoing effort to enhance learning spaces across the campus.
The installation is part of a continuing initiative to fully equip all Higher Education classrooms with air conditioning, following the successful completion of similar upgrades in the Basic Education classrooms. As the first phase of the rollout, the newly installed units signal the beginning of a broader campus-wide improvement, with additional installations scheduled for other HE buildings in the coming months.
The dedication ceremony held on April 6, 2026, highlighted SCC’s commitment to its educational ministry by creating learning environments that support student comfort, focus, and overall well-being.
Further installations are expected to proceed soon as SCC works toward completing the air-conditioned classrooms across its facilities.
