SCC–CTE Graduate Makes History as Top 9 LET Passer
With gratitude and joy, the Southern Christian College (SCC) community proudly congratulates Ruzel Cae C. Cabalbal, LPT, for placing Top 9 in the Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LET), a historic achievement for both her and the institution.
Cabalbal made history as the first-ever English major from SCC–College of Teacher Education (CTE) to emerge as a LET topnotcher, marking a milestone that will be remembered in the college’s academic legacy.
