February 28—The last day of the month brought glory to Southern Christian College as Ronelle V. Grafilo (STEAM 12) and Precious Nathalie T. Unson (STEAM 11) both ranked second after clutching their respective events in Photojournalism in English and Mobile Journalism in Filipino during the Awarding Ceremony of the Regional Schools Press Conference (RSPC). Grafilo was coached by Ms. Zisa Gem C. Sorupia while Unson by Mr. Geffrey V. Bedoya. Sultan Kudarat Province hosted this year’s RSPC, which officially opened on February 25.
Other delegates to the RSPC from SCC, who also represented the Cotabato Province, were Tweela Praise F. Viloan (STEAM 12) and Althea Rose Glimada (Grade 6).
Congratulations to the winners and thank you for bringing honor to Southern Christian College.
