SCC takes a step toward a more inclusive and gender-sensitive workplace!
On February 28, 2025, staff and faculty gathered at the SCC House of Worship for an insightful seminar, “Fostering Inclusivity: Gender Sensitivity in the Workplace,” with Prof. Framer Cristy Mella and Ms. Arlene V. Cando as the speakers.
This initiative, organized by the SCC Gender and Development Technical Working Group and the HRD Office – Training and Development, serves as a kickoff to the Women’s Month celebration, reinforcing our commitment to an equitable and respectful work environment.
