Congratulations to Scouts Ceasar Ian Quinoñes and Jaya Mae Sarte for being 1st and 2nd placers, respectively out of 26 participants during the representative selection of Eastern Mindanao Regional Scouts Youth Forum held in Davao City on January 17 to 18, 2019. They will automatically be members of the Regional Executive Board of Eastern Mindanao Region and will also represent the EMR in the Mindanao National Youth Forum.
