The PAFTE XII Regional Students’ Congress was held at the University of Southern Mindanao (USM) Auditorium, Kabacan, Cotabato, today, April 19, 2023. It was participated by up to 16 higher education institutions all over the Province of Cotabato (Val Irish Papelera).
