Honoring the milestone SCC has recently achieved in the Licensure Examination for Teachers with Mr. Silipon Gagadas Jr. and Mr. Jimmy Escañan Jr., gaining Top 6 (BSED) and Top 7 (BEED), respectively, a thanksgiving service and tribute was organized for the 2022 LEPT Top-notchers, Passers, and the faculty members of the College of Teacher Education.

Significant individuals were present at the event to give their congratulatory messages. The Municipal Administrator of Pigcawayan, Dr. Silvino Tejada, delivered his message of congratulations on behalf of the Local Government of Pigcawayan and gave a cash incentive to Mr. Silipon for bringing pride to the municipality as a resident of barangay Renibon.

The Midsayap Mayor, Hon. Rolly “Ur Da Man” Sacdalan was also present at the event. The Local Government Unit of Midsayap recognized the two top passers by giving them a plaque of recognition. The Cotabato Provincial Governor, Hon. Emmylou “Lala” Mendoza also attended the event and shared her message for the LEPT passers. The CHEDROXII Director, Dr. Nelia Alibin, joined in the celebration and recognized SCC’s contributions as a higher education unit in giving quality education.

Dr. Edwin Balaki, the SCC President, expressed his profound joy and pride in this significant achievement for SCC brought by the LEPT passers and the College of Teacher Education. The President gave a love gift to the top-notchers and the faculty members of CTE.

The event continued with a fellowship lunch and was capped with a motorcade from Midsayap to Pigcawayan
